13th Annual Kernersville Oktoberfest

At Kernersville Oktoberfest 2023, come enjoy seasonal beverages and bites while contributing to a great community cause!

Kernersville Oktoberfest will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 3 – 6 pm. Due to construction on the new John & Bobbie Wolfe Visitors Center at Körner’s Folly, the event will be held at Harmon Park this year (152 S. Main Street). Hop on the “Folly Trolley” sponsored by Carmine‘s Import Service ® at any designated parking area, and ride to the event, or to tour the historic house, and then back to your car when the event concludes.

Craft beer enthusiasts can look forward to tasting German, Oktoberfest, and Pumpkin brews, as well as local wine and mead! Local restaurants donate delicious small bites. Bring your lawn chair and round up your friends for an unforgettable lawn party in support of Körner’s Folly!

Early Bird Tickets are $35 per person if purchased by September 8, 2023 @ 5 pm. After September 8, tickets will be $40 per person. Tickets are limited in quantity, and frequently sell out several weeks ahead of the event. Each ticket includes beverage and food tastings, a souvenir tasting glass, and a house tour of historic Körner’s Folly. Tickets are non-refundable.

Attendees are invited to learn about the history of Körner’s Folly by redeeming tour passes included in ticket price on the day of the event, or within a year of purchase date. Even if you have toured Körner’s Folly before, the house is undergoing an important transformation as rooms are restored each year. It’s a remarkable time to see historic preservation in action!

To comply with North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement regulations, ALL ATTENDEES at this event MUST be 21 years of age and MUST have a wristband. You must show your valid Photo ID at the welcome table to obtain your wristband and tasting glass.

Fundraisers like Kernersville Oktoberfest help to keep Körner’s Folly open to the public, now and in the future. On October 7, you can support Körner’s Folly’s mission to restore and preserve Korner’s Folly for the education and enjoyment of the public, by tasting delicious beer and food in the heart of downtown Kernersville.
