Family Fun Day: Classic Toys & Games

Join us this Summer for an exciting time at our Family Fun Day event, where we celebrate classic games and toys from the Victorian era on the grounds of historic Körner’s Folly! Bring your family and friends to experience the joy of traditional pastimes that have captivated generations, even onto today.

Play historic yard games, create cool artwork, try out Victorian era toys, and complete a toys and fun themed scavenger hunt through all 22-rooms of Körner’s Folly. Staff and volunteers will be on site to teach you the rules and how to play so gather your friends, family, or team to have a game yourself! Hands-on art activities will be available in the Community Room of the John & Bobbie Wolfe Visitor Center where families can make a toy or game to take home themselves.

Last house entry time for Family Day is 1pm so plan to come early or stay later after your scavenger hunt and tour and even bring extra blankets for story time on our lawn with children’s author Suzanne Pollock. Activities can be done in any order! Families are also welcome to bring lunch to eat picnic-style on our grounds or in the John and Bobbie Wolfe Visitors Center Community Room.
