Educators Open House

Teachers, professors, and educational professionals are invited to join us on Wednesday, September 16th, from 4 – 6 pm for a special evening designed just for them! Come discover resources to enhance your students’ learning in history, arts, architecture, and more.

Educators will be able to take a tour of historic Körner’s Folly at their own pace, while learning more about our field trips, hands-on art activities, classroom resources, and programs tailored to K–12 and university students. Whether teaching history, interior design, or art, educators will find inspiring ways to connect their curriculum to stories about life during the Victorian Era at historic Körner’s Folly.

Educators will enjoy:

• Free admission for themselves and their families
• Curriculum-aligned resources for field trips and educator reference materials to take home
• Opportunities to meet museum staff and fellow teachers in the community
• Light refreshments and fun conversation

Let history come alive for your students and get inspired in the process! Refreshments and art activity examples will be in the Community Room of the John & Bobbie Wolfe Visitors Center located at 401 S. Main Street, Kernersville, NC.
