On Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 10 am – 11:30 am, the Körner’s Folly Foundation will present our monthly Taste of History program, featuring an engaging discussion by the Forsyth County Historic Resources Commission and Brittany Hendley, Körner’s Folly Community Engagement Manager, as they join together with the Kernersville Historic Preservation Society to discuss the valuable resources available for historic designations and the influence of the Körner/Kerner families in the development of the built landscape of Kernersville during the late 1800s to early 1900s.
At the conclusion of this FREE program, attendees will be provided with materials and resources for a self-guided Historic Downtown walking tour of several of the landmark locations within walking distance of the Visitor Center.
The Taste of History program is held in the Community Room of the John & Bobbie Wolfe Visitor Center. Program Admission is free and includes light refreshments. No pre-registration is required.
